TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Reddy Development, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Services Offered
Reddy Development provides digital services including but not limited to web development, mobile applications, branding, cloud infrastructure, AI solutions, and social media management.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, and clear requirements to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Delays in client feedback may affect project timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment, all intellectual property rights for the developed work product are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Reddy Development reserves the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
5. Payment Terms
Payment milestones will be agreed upon before project commencement. Currently, payments are handled via bank transfer. Future integrations will support Razorpay.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
7. Limitation of Liability
Reddy Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to cure such breach within 14 days.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the Laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
